Gulfood 2026 has once again proven to be a trade fair of great interest with a truly international scope. Throughout the five-day exhibition, Bazzara – Italian artisan coffee roasters since 1966 – welcomed numerous coffee industry professionals from around the globe, with a particularly significant turnout from the Gulf countries, as well as other key markets such as Pakistan and India. This consistent participation throughout the event confirmed Dubai’s status as a vital global meeting point for the Food & Beverage sector and, specifically, for the world of coffee.
During the fair, many visitors stopped by the Bazzara stand to discover the history and taste the products of the Trieste-based roastery, presented by Marco Bazzara (Quality Manager and Academy Director) and Andrea Bazzara (Sales Manager and Events Manager).

Dodicigrancru, the bestseller of the Bazzara Luxury line, received great acclaim alongside the three luxury single origins from the Rarity line, for which dedicated tastings were organized. Both espresso and filter extractions were highly appreciated, confirming the international audience’s preference for coffee that is balanced, clean, and distinct in the cup, regardless of the brewing method.
With this appearance, Bazzara solidified its role as a contemporary interpreter of Made in Italy coffee, expressing a vision that creates a holistic dialogue between the worlds of coffee and perfumery, thanks in part to the expertise of Marco Bazzara.
