SuperFlex – multiple breading & pre-dusting modes in one unique system
The Superflex is a world-renowned breading machine with a reputation for homestyle coating. It handles the full range of dry ingredients from free-flowing flour to breaders, small and larger breadcrumbs as well as panko or corn flakes. The machine’s low breading charge and adjustable production setting increase yield while decreasing breading waste. The SuperFlex can easily be turned from a flat belt (suitable for formed products), into a drum (suitable for whole muscle or bone-in products), or optionally into a triple flip or hand toss application. The required volume of dry ingredients to obtain optimum coverage with no waste is automatically monitored and controlled.

NEW Equipment: BatterKing – a true all-in-one machine
BatterKing is Nothum’s latest innovative equipment for wet coating. This machine easily handles different styles of batter and tempura. It achieves consistent batter viscosity through automatic measurement and control while maintaining batter temperature. Vertical mixing paddles blend the batter gently to prevent shearing, and it offers multiple battering methods, including both waterfall and top submerge options. This makes it a true all-in-one machine. It reduces waste to an absolute minimum thanks to its ‘run-out mode’.
VersaCoat – delicious taste and texture in flatbed breading
The VersaCoat Flatbed Breading machine applies a variety of coatings, from fine flours to coarse crumbs, in one machine. The innovative low-charge breading system reduces downtime and changeover times, which makes it aa excellent choice for improving efficiency and safety.
ProTherm Continuous Fryer – achieving consistent taste and texture
The ProTherms superior frying technique delivers a consistently better product and offers significant savings for both oil and energy. The unique ‘float tank’ design of the ProTherm Fryer requires a very shallow frying oil tank when compared to traditional fryers. As a result, it uses approximately 40% less frying oil while achieving a higher rate of fresh oil turnover. This provides longer production hours on the same oil, especially when a secondary filter is applied.
