Flow Brand Enters New Growth Era Following Separation of Manufacturing Operations

Flow, the premium natural spring water brand, announced that it has completed a strategic restructuring separating its brand activities from its manufacturing operations. Under the agreement, Cizzle Brands Corporation, known for its Cwench Hydration products, has acquired Flow’s manufacturing business, while Flow’s brand assets have been transferred to a newly formed company, Flow Canada LLC, fully owned by Rucker Investments.

With this restructuring, Flow will now operate purely as a consumer brand organization, focusing on brand development, sales, marketing, sustainability initiatives, and customer relationships. Production will be supported through a diversified network of external manufacturing partners, allowing greater flexibility and scalability.

Rucker Investments Founder Cliff Rucker stated that the separation provides clearer strategic focus for both the brand and manufacturing sides. He emphasized that the move enables Flow to operate more independently and agilely, accelerating its growth potential. Flow President Paul Dowdall described the transition as a deliberate and positive milestone, adding that the new structure brings clarity, agility, and a stronger foundation for long-term success.

Flow Canada LLC will now concentrate on expanding its presence across North America, strengthening customer partnerships, enhancing product innovation, and maintaining its commitment to responsibly sourced Canadian spring water and sustainable packaging. The company confirmed that it will continue close collaboration with Cizzle Brands and may add additional production partners as needed. It was also highlighted that no jobs were eliminated as part of the transition.
