Brothers International Acquires Food Partners to Expand Global Ingredients Network
Brothers International Food Holdings, LLC has acquired Food Partners, a global fruit ingredient supplier specializing in citrus sourcing and end-to-end logistics, further expanding its international ingredients network.
The acquisition follows Brothers’ earlier purchases of Dennick FruitSource in 2021 and Hosh International LLC in 2023, reinforcing the company’s strategy to build a comprehensive global sourcing platform for food and beverage manufacturers across North America and Europe.
Food Partners brings expertise in citrus supply, customer-focused service and integrated logistics coordination. With the addition of Food Partners, Brothers aims to strengthen its ability to source fruit ingredients from leading growing regions worldwide and deliver reliable supply solutions to its customers.
Brothers Founder and Chief Executive Officer Travis Betters will continue to lead the combined business. Food Partners Founder and CEO Webb Tanner will remain in his current role and retain a minority ownership stake, supporting continuity and operational expertise. Both companies will continue to operate under their existing names, with Brothers based in Rochester, New York, and Food Partners maintaining operations in Winter Haven, Florida.
