ANA Fine Foods Introduces Premium Wild Cod Liver in Own Oil to U.S. Specialty Seafood Market

ANA Fine Foods®, a supplier of premium European seafood, has launched its Wild Cod Liver in Own Oil product in the U.S. specialty seafood sector, offering a gourmet, shelf-stable item aimed at specialty retailers, importers and distributors.

The new product is made from 100% wild Icelandic cod liver sourced from the North Atlantic and packed gently in its natural oil with minimal added salt. It is free from additives, artificial preservatives and flavor enhancers, and comes in BPA-free, kosher-certified packaging.

With inventory now available in Carson, California, ANA Fine Foods is targeting distributors, gourmet shops and specialty food channels seeking premium, clean-label seafood options. The cod liver item is rich in nutrients, including omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins, and aligns with current demand for functional and health-focused foods.

The product is suitable for a variety of consumer segments, including those interested in kosher, Mediterranean, Scandinavian, Eastern European, keto/paleo and natural foods. ANA Fine Foods is also offering samples and detailed pricing information to qualified distributors and buyers.
