Manuka Jun introduces a new alcohol-free sparkling beverage experience, combining gentle effervescence with refined flavour. Produced through artisanal fermentation and carefully selected ingredients, the drink offers a balanced fruity profile with subtle sweet-and-sour notes, designed for celebratory moments without alcohol.

The beverage is made using premium teas and Manuka honey with MGO 400+, alongside a specially selected sparkling wine yeast culture. This process creates a light, sparkling character while allowing Manuka Jun to develop its own distinct identity.

Following more than 12 months of maturation, the drink develops a fine perlage before undergoing gentle pasteurisation, filtration, and bottling. The result is a refined, alcohol-free sparkling option positioned for festive and special occasions, offering an alternative approach to traditional sparkling beverages.
